ExecTools presents the Finance Manager at the Performia Int Convention
On the 05.10.08 the team of ExecTools was in Senec, Slovakia. Marten Runow held the international Performia Convention in the wonderful Hotel Senec. As a special point on the agenda for the convention, ExecTools presented the Finance Manager Beta Version to the attendees. As one of the first ever they saw with their own eyes how simple it is to do a full financial planning with the Finance Manager. In 30 minutes the Chief Marketing Officer Clemens Graf took the attendees through an entire financial planning and presented the various features of the software which make it THE solution for LRH Admin Tech based financial control.

ExecTools presents the Finance Manager together with Marten Runow in
Bratislava, Slovakia
On the 21.09.08 the team of ExecTools was in Bratislava, Slovakia. Marten Runow had a seminar with Business Success Bratislava with about 30 attendees in Bratislava and as special presentation our Chief Marketing Officer Clemens Graf presented the software to the attendees.
The response was overwhelmingly positive and each of the attendees got a chance to sign up for a free demo version with the possibility to in turn sign up as Beta Tester for the Finance Manager.

ExecTools at the European WISE Convention in Budapest, Hungary
Last weekend, 29 - 31.08.08, the European WISE Convention was hosted in Budapest, Hungary. As a longterm WISE member, ExecTools and it's employees were attending the Convention and were also awareded with the Model of Admin Know-How ™ Award for the second consecutive year for having a professional Organizationial Chart displayed and in use, a solvent company, a fully functional communication system, staff training percentage high and a complete Model of Admin Know-How ™ administrative Library.
ExecTools is developing software for the Hubbard Managament System and of course applies the administrative Know-How and Tools contained in the Hubbard Management System in it's own company as it is workable administrative technology which guarantees success when correctly applied.
The seminars at the convention covered many vital subjects and areas and the convention as a whole was very successfull with over 200 WISE members coming from all over Europe to attend this convention.

ExecTools in Costa-Rica - South Amerika
Right after the visist in the US, the ExecTools team travelled on to San Jose in Costa Rica where they presented the software to a selected few at a seminar.

ExecTools goes WEST - to California, USA
The CEO Mario Meisenberger and Chief Marketing Officer Clemens Graf visited the US to present the software to a few selected people.

Performia International is testing the Finance Manager Beta Version
The Finance Manager Beta Version is currently being tested to find any possible bugs which might occur in real life use of the software. Performia International, with the CEO Marten Runow, is currently testing this software with great success. The developers of ExecTools are in close contact with the staff in charge at Performia Int to test this software and the last kinks are being threshed out.
"It's a really exciting time right now. The software is filled with real life data and is being used by the first company other than us. I'm in close contact with Performia Int via e-mail and Skype and everyone is really excited about the software and how easy it is to use. I guess in the next couple of weeks we will have a first version which could be introduced into any company."

New Feature implemented - send your stats and reports via e-mail at a click
We just implemented a very useful feature in the software. At a click you can send any statistics or reports in the Finance Manager via e-mail. The software automatically generates a JPG of the statistic and sends it as an attachement via e-mail. This means that you could be anywhere in the world, and even without the software with you you can call your staff working with the Finance Manager and within seconds you have the stats you want in your e-mail inbox.
