The Income Line
You get a clear overview on every aspect of the standard Income Line.
From here you can execute all the needed tasks to control and record your income.
Here you can enter all the income you make. This allows you at see at all times at a glance how much income you made thus far and how much more receivables exist. Based on this data you can take the needed actions to make more income as needed to cover your financial demands.
The user interface is designed in a very user friendly fashion. It shows the user the flow lines based on the software and has a link to all the relevant related tasks at the bottom of the screen for easy use.
The Outgo Line
The Outgo Line is completly covered so you can record and keep track of all your bills and payments.
From here you can approve and pay bills and generate reports on every aspect of all the existing bills.
Again the user interface is designed in an easy to use way and has all relevant related tasks related to it.
The Purchasing Line
Along with all the functions of the myFinancePlus Basic Edition also comes the full Hubbard Management Technology based Purchasing Line with Purchasing Orders (POs), Estimated Purchasing Orders (EPOs) and Disbursement Vouchers.
From here you can control every aspect of the entire line.
Whenever someone in your company wants to purchase something, he needs to fill out a purchase order (when the exact costs are known) or an estimated purchase order (when the exact costs are not known). When you do your weekly financial planning, you see all the purchase orders and estimated purchase orders and can approve or disapprove them, based on your financial plan.
This ensures no money is spent which is not approved by the financial planning.
Reports
As the myFinancePlus Basic Edition contains all your financial data you can of course create various financial reports on demand with a simple click.
